For the past few months we have building an Apostolic Team in Atlanta, Georgia for the purpose of establishing a City Church called Embassy International Worship Center. We host sessions called L.E.A.D. for the purpose of identifying and equipping potential leaders and forming our infrastructure. This month we started a NEW SERIES called Building an Army. Here is the audio to Power Teams Part 1: A POWER TEAM

Here are some notes:

Building An Army

Isa. 13:1-5, Psalm 144:1, Gen. 14:11-16

POWER- Power is the ability to TRANSFORM and to CHANGE.

In physics, power is the rate at which work is performed or energy is converted.

POWER is the equation- WORK over TIME. POWER is determined by how much WORK can be done over a period of TIME.

MORE POWER- less time, more work

LESS POWER- more time, less work

  • A team comprises a group of people linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks.
  • A group in itself does not necessarily constitute a team. Teams normally have members with complementary skills and generate synergy through a coordinated effort which allows each member to maximize his or her strengths and minimize his or her weaknesses.
  • Team members need to learn how to help one another, help other team members realize their true potential, and create an environment that allows everyone to go beyond their limitations.

A conglomerate of MEGA GIFTS, trained, equipped, commissioned and SENT OUT to change the spiritual dimension of a region or sector. Apostolic Teams are God’s instruments to confront and destroy the demonic kingdom in a given locality. God uses the Apostolic Team to invade the spirit realm of that city and pull down the strongholds and principalities.

The spiritual positioning and the anointing which the apostolic team carries gives them a cutting edge in dealing with the spiritual atmosphere over those cities where they are commissioned to go. They are able to POILCE the Heavens and keep them open for the Holy Spirit to be poured out in that city.

PART 2 coming soon…
