The Prophet’s Appetite

The purpose of the Prophet is to stand as the mouth of God in the Earth. The office of the prophet must never be vacant in the Earth, for it is this office that syncs the Body with what our King is saying, and where the word of a king is there is power (Eccl. 8:4). The prophet then becomes a power source for the Body. Every ministry gift and every gift of the spirit is a power source. They are particular engines that drive certain parts of the Body, and when all of these gifts are in sync, the Body progresses and advances in the same direction. This is what Paul was dealing with in the first book to the church at Corinth. Because of their immaturity, there were divisions.
